SPF Rejected Errors
January 17th
Jan 17, 16:05 GMT
Update - As part of a recent change we have implemented stricter SPF checks.
If someone is trying to email you from a system not included in their SPF record, it may be blocked. Previously, we allowed these emails to pass through even if they didn’t meet SPF checks. If you suspect this is affecting someone trying to contact you, we recommend that they reach out to their email provider to ensure their SPF records are up to date.
For customers using third-party email filtering or scanning tools, emails may be routed through these services before reaching our platform. As a result, our system might flag these emails as SPF failures because the third-party servers are not included in the sender’s SPF records.
Our engineers are continuing to investigate this issue.
Jan 17, 10:57 GMT
Investigating - Some customers continue to receive SPF Rejected errors when receiving emails on our mail platforms.
Our engineers are continuing their investigation in order to identify the cause.
